As we are beginning a new year our association is without a Director of Missions. Your prayers are coveted as our search committee begins it’s search for the person GOD has to fill this position.
We wish Bro. Larry Cummings and his wonderful wife Genia the very best in their retirement. They have served the association for many years and have accomplished many things for the Lord here in the
Covington Baptist Association.
May God go with you.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
It’s hard to believe that Vacation Bible School
is fast approaching. Our Association VBS
Director this year is Mrs. Brenda Davis of
Southside Andalusia. She has already begun
securing workers and is really looking
forward to a great year. Our Lifeway theme
this year is “Amazing Wonders Aviation” and
we can now take your orders for the VBS kits.
They are available with 3-5 days of ordering
for your advance planning. Please call the
Association Office at 222-3009 to order all
materials. Ordering through the Association
saves you all shipping charges and allows
the Association to receive a commission to
help defray expenses of all clinics conducted.
Also, listed below are all VBS Directors which
we have on file for 2012. Please review, and
should there be any church omissions, changes,
or corrections, call Byram Lambert at the
